Running (Sport) Specific Strength Training/Conditioning Program design and/or implementation at our facility in Wooster (ie 2-3 times/week)
Gait Analysis Video and evaluation of foot and leg structure, leg length discrepancy, footstrike, and overall gait.
Prehab and Post-Injury Rehab Overall evaluation of injury risk potential and program design and/or implementation at our facility of preventative program, evaluation of injury once it has occurred, rehab program design and/or implementation at our facility
Coaching of Coaches General or specific guidance based upon the needs of the coach – Specific training program design and regular physiological testing of athletes to determine proper training paces, current and potential performance capacities. One-time consultations or regular meetings.
Summer Training Group Regular group runs and workouts with area high-school, collegiate, post-collegiate, and Masters runners.
